100 Days Till I Do: Week 5

Another week down, another week closer to the big day. Things are coming together, but not really in the way I planned. It's been pretty hard this week, with my parents/someone having to be at my parents for my grandma, I've been doing a lot of wedding stuff on my own that I really want to do with my mom. Here's a look into what happened this week.

Day 72: Jesse's Dad's Birthday. Jesse's mom came and picked me up from work to celebrate his dad's birthday. We bought and build him a fire pit area in the back yard, and Jesse's brother Matt got him some outdoor speakers so he can have something to listen to in his workshop and while he is enjoying a fire.

Day 71: Orientation. I spent most of the day cleaning the house and doing laundry (things that haven't been done much since my grandma hasn't been doing well) Rachel and I had our orientation for our FBBC class. We are both excited for the workout part, but not so much for the dieting part (we both love our sweets and beer) but in the end we know it will be worth it, and we're getting tattoos to celebrate too!

Day 70: Grandma's Birthday. I spent the day at my parents house to spend some time with my grandma. She's been very up and down with her health that it was important to me to be there for her 85th birthday. Of course we had some pretty good boxed cake made by my mom and watched the game show network.

Day 69: Rainless Wedding. I was so prepared for rain with this wedding, rain boots and all. AND GUESS WHAT, IT DIDN'T RAIN! It was a super gorgeous wedding with a beautiful location and stunning couple! I love being able to help other photographers capture their couples big day!

Day 68: Family Pictures with Grandma. I am so thankful for Rachel, I really don't say it enough. She came over to take pictures of the family with grandma and the images are so beautiful. They definitely capture how loving and silly my family is. I don't know what I'd do without Rachel, she is an amazing photographer and an even more amazing friend.

Day 67: First Workout. Rachel and I had our first workout today, and honestly I loved it! I wasn't 100% sure what to expect but it wasn't bad at all. I was surprised at how many people were at the 6:30 am class though! This week we are to work on just meal prepping. I'm not a huge fan of the recipes given, so I'm staying withing the guidelines of what we can/can't eat.

Day 66: First Dress Fitting. (SORRY, NO SPOILERS!) I went in to my first dress fitting, and it was an interesting experience. My dress is fitting amazingly, and I really had no idea how much work the seamstress had done on it (it was that good) The interesting part was sitting in the dressing room listening to a girl complain to her mom about not wanting to be a bridesmaid for a wedding THIS WEEKEND, because the dress didn't look good on her! I have no idea how the seamstress kept her composure, I could barely in the dressing room!

Here we are, almost half way there. Time is flying by so fast, I'm hoping to have everything done!
